Warranty

Before contacting anyone regarding repair or replacement, please first refer to the “troubleshooting” section of your product manual. If after following the troubleshooting advice in your product manual there are still issues with your system, then you should contact the location where your product was purchased.

Length and scope of consumer warranty is different for each region and is handled by your local HiVi authorized representative. For further information please contact your regional authorized HiVi distributor. Make sure you have your product serial number on hand as well as a copy of the original bill of sale to verify the purchase date.

Warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, modification, acts of nature, or negligence. Damage caused by improper operation, maintenance, installation, or damage caused during an attempt to repair products is also not covered by warranty. Warranty is void if the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed.

Out of Warranty Service and Repair

If your product is no longer within it’s warranty period but requires service or repair, you should contact your local authorized HiVi representative for repair or replacement of parts. Replacement parts should be made available at minimal cost. Product parts may no longer be available 8-15 years after their production, availability varies dependant on product but we make no guarantee of the availability of parts past this term.

PRODUCT STORY

More and more people are expecting a home theater experience at their own homes. They also want it to be like a piece of beautiful furniture that is practical as well as cost-effective.

Based on such expectation, HiVi released D20HT which has great dynamics and perform with low distortion.

D20HT is a standard 5.0 channel system , consisting two front speakers, two surround speakers and a center speaker. Users could match more surround speakers and Sub20W active subwoofer was designed for it to 5.1, 5.2, even 7.2 and further channels as their needs.

Novel design with bullet-like dust-free grill, matte front panel, and wood grain side panels, which can easily blend in any decor.

D20F, there are many built-in braces inside the speaker enclosure., which could reduce the resonance of cabinet sharply , ensuring the system showed stiffness on large dynamic, with unique sound absorbing materials, reducing internal coloration of cabinet effectively.

The tweeter uses light and thin alloy as its diaphragm, which can help reduce the cone vibration and ensure the high performance of the driver.

The 4″ midrange driver features fabric surround for wider and natural frequency.

The cone of the woofer is designed with annular waves to improve the stiffness and stability, which can restrain the cone vibration.

D’Appolito design for a wider sweet spot and less coloration. Same driver configuration with the front speakers to ensure seamless performance and stunning listening experience.

The two surround speakers offer a great soundstage which can meet the need of any music and movies lovers.

D20R surround speakers ,with a 4’’ mid-bass driver and a 19mm metal dome tweeter, its voice quality not only satisfies with the requirement of electroacoustic system of home theater harshly, even more meet a need of viewing at home , providing stereo space feeling and sound-filed envelopment.

HiVi Sub20W subwoofer,10’’ long-stroke driver, with powerful amp inside the cabinet, ensuring the sound more vigorous and powerful bass surging.
